Hi I’m Patrick. I’m very happy that you are here.

I’m guessing that, like most of my clients, you have been struggling to overcome anxiety for quite some time. Maybe you have even reached the point of desperation and hopelessness and have concluded that you will never recover.

I am here to tell you that there is hope. I know this for a fact because, over the last 14 years, I have seen hundreds of clients leave anxiety in the past and begin to fully enjoy their life again.

I have been through my own struggles with anxiety, big time, but can honestly say that I now (in my sixties) feel better than I have in decades, both mentally and physically, thanks to knowledge I am sharing in this program. You’re not alone and change is possible.

But why listen to me?

Well, I’m not a Harvard professor and I’m certainly no genius. I do have a couple of things going for me, though. Curiosity and persistence. I like to know how things work, and if something doesn’t make sense to me, I keep looking for a solution. I just can’t stop!

My curiosity has led me down an interesting life path. I have always been curious about mental and physical health. From a young age I was fascinated by the mind/body connection.

This led me to deeply study martial arts and meditation. I spent a few years living in the Far East, studying in Japan and China. I saw some very freaky things, but that is another story!

After that, I studied and qualified as a chiropractor spending years helping people recover from physical pain. Something didn’t make sense though! The people recovered but usually came back a while later with another (often different) pain condition. What was really going on? I became very curious about the mind’s role in this.

I trained in psychotherapy, coaching and hypnotherapy. Hundreds of theories, methods and techniques. They all worked – at least some of the time – but many of the ‘experts’ had completely opposite theories. I was confused!

A few years later the proverbial __it hit the fan! I went through what I call ‘middle age meltdown’. Panic attacks, anxiety, insomnia, hives, excruciating physical pain, racing heart – I could go on. Doctors were stumped and I was desperate! No-one seemed to be able to really help me so… I figured that I’d better help myself.

I read, watched, studied and absorbed everything I could find on anxiety both conventional and unconventional, and gradually put the pieces of the puzzle together. Also, slowly at first, my symptoms steadily improved. I can honestly say that nowadays I feel better than I did in my twenties. I began to share this information with my one to one clients. Almost everyone who was patient enough to listen and apply this information steadily improved.

Unfortunately, (I’m sure you’ve noticed) anxiety is massively on the rise in the developed world just now. I realised that many, many people are desperate for help but there is only one of me. 

That’s why I created this program, The Anxiety Switch. It contains the key, knowledge, insights and methods that helped me, and my clients recover from anxiety and enjoy life again.

Approach the course with an open mind, apply what you learn, and I’m sure you will benefit massively, just like I did and hundreds of clients in the last few years.
